I am a clay artist. Clay offers me challenges and rewards like no other media. It is a three-dimension art form that offers infinite creativity. The possible combinations of clays, glazes, forms, and finishes, are limitless. It can be a visual art or a functional art. My challenge is producing a truly unique piece of work with so many variables: clay body, glaze composition and firing temperature. It is the perfect mixture of science and art.
